Overall, the adjustments have minimal to no discomfort. Dr. Kirstin will let you know in the few cases when an adjustment might be tender! From age 0 to 120, Dr. Kirstin can gently take care of you!

Are there things I can do to increase my healing?

Definitely! Dr. Kirstin focuses on the whole body and teaches you about all aspects of your health. The better you take care of yourself at home, the faster you'll heal!

Can I bring my baby in?

Absolutely!

Dr. Kirstin is trained to be able to specifically and gently adjust your baby. She actually highly recommends it to make sure baby is functioning optimally after birth!

Will my insurance cover chiropractic?

Dr. Kirstin does not accept insurance in our office. However, there are ways you can submit to your insurance yourself. Plus we make sure to make care as feasible as possible

Do I have to keep coming back?

You are in charge of your health. That being said, Dr. Kirstin will personalize your care to show you how continued care will impact your overall lifestyle, be a positive financial investment in your health, and prevent issues from reoccurring.

Can I be adjusted too much?

No- Dr. Kirstin's technique, TRT chiropractic care is designed to be able to detect if your body is actually in need of an adjustment or not. So you will never receive one that isn't necessary!
