When people talk about living healthy, it is commonly known to eat healthy food and exercise regularly. But, how many take the next step by identifying toxic and harmful substances in our everyday life and decreasing their use? Every day you're bombarded with environmental toxins you can't control which are found in our food, water, air and even products in your home! In fact, the moment you entered the world you had already been exposed to over 200 toxins. The first step is to gain knowledge on what toxins these are and then start to slowly decrease them from our home and body.

You may be thinking, what's the big deal? Well, imagine your body is a bucket. Things your body can't process or get rid of goes into this bucket. Overtime, the bucket gets more and more full until it overflows. Everyone's bucket is a different size and the way we know it's overflowed is different.

The overflow can show up in your body as:

-skin issues such as acne or rashes
-brain fog and fatigue
-bloating and/or constipation
-moodiness
-allergies
-autoimmunity
-sensitivity to chemicals such as caffeine, alcohol or prescription medications
and others

There are two things you can do to empty your bucket or prevent it from overflowing. First it's most helpful to identify harmful substances in your home and personal care products and switch to safer and toxin-free options. Then you can detox your body from the toxins that are being held in your cells. This is different from a food or juice cleanse. Specific detox programs can be tailored to your unique needs so that the toxins can be removed from your cells more efficiently.
